TOOLS — ESTIMATES, NOT TESTS
Run the numbers first.
Three calculators built the same way the studio works: measure, then decide. Use them to get oriented; use the tests when you want your own number.

TOOLS
Run the numbers before the plan.
Three calculators built the same way the studio works: measure first, then decide. They are estimates, not tests. Use them to ask better questions on the call.
- C-01Body composition plannerSet a goal body-fat percentage and see what it means in pounds of lean and fat mass.Enter your weight, current body fat and goal body fat. The planner separates lean mass from fat mass, shows a target weight, and draws the before-and-after composition.
- C-02Metabolic rate calculatorEstimate your resting burn, daily burn, protein range and calorie targets.Uses the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, an activity multiplier, a protein range of 0.7 to 1 gram per pound, and targets for losing, maintaining or gaining.
- C-03Heart-rate zonesFive Karvonen zones from your age and resting heart rate, with the bpm range for each.Uses max heart rate = 208 − 0.7 × age and the Karvonen method, so your resting heart rate is part of every zone. A reference for conditioning, not a medical test.
WHY THESE EXIST
A calculator is a question. A test is an answer.
The calculators use published equations. They are useful for seeing the shape of a plan: how many calories a day, how much fat is in the way, how hard a zone should feel. They cannot see your body.
That is what the testing side of the studio is for. Hydrostatic testing measures body fat. RMR measures resting burn. VO2 sub-max gives your aerobic engine a reference point. The calculator gets you in the room; the test gives you the number.
